How To Deal With Negative Emotions (Mindfullness) Part 1

Many people go through life, hoping that once they work very hard in their business and personal lives, then everything will be fine.
Unfortunately, many hardworking families have lost their jobs and businesses due to the global crisis and pandemic

In life we are not trained on how to deal with the challenges and adversities that we might face.
And so nothing can prepare you for the inevitable!

So if you’re facing challenges, going through the agony of loss; business, marriage, or grieving for loved ones.
I want you to know that you can bounce back, because no condition is permanent. Failure is not final, it’s only an event.
So this brings me to my next point; in life it’s not what happens to you, but how you respond to it that matters most!

This remind me of the quote from William Shakespeare, “There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so.”

So if you’re facing challenges, going through the agony of loss; business, marriage, or grieving for loved ones.

When you’re faced with challenges how do you respond?
Oftentimes, most people respond in one ways:

  1. Self-destruction: erupt with anger, frustration, worries and become unable to deal with the situation.
    And in such state of mind the negative emotions become overwhelming, and some people would resort to addictions as a coping mechanism.
    This is because Motion evokes Emotion (energy in motion).

Negative emotions involve fear, anger, anxiety, distress, helplessness, and hopelessness which decrease a person’s ability to solve the problems they face and weaken a person’s resiliency. Constant fears and worries weaken people’s immune systems and increase their vulnerability to illnesses
